Tall Sheepskin Boots Provide Safety and Warmth

On September 29, 2009 in Fashion

It was a freezing cold night in Buffalo when I drove off to the airport that night. Minutes after departing from my apartment, the heavens opened up and sleet started falling, slowly at first, then faster. By the time I got a few miles away, the windshield wipers couldn’t keep up with the pounding snow. All of a sudden, the engine died.

I wasn’t sure if I was better off staying with the car or trekking to the nearest interstate exit which was a couple of miles away. Fortunately, I was wearing my tall sheepskin boots so I could handle a long walk in stormy weather. I took my chances, so zipped up my down jacket, put a hat over my head, and started trudging along. I made it safely to a 7-11 to ring for help, my body no worse for the wear thanks to my tall sheepskin boots.
