Suggestions for keeping the bed room safe

When it comes to kid’s, it seems the chances of an accident increase 100 fold. So let’s view at some advice to help prevent accidents in your house.
1. Kid’s love to climb on things so it’s imperative that you have everything anchored down really well. Book shelves and night stands are the most frequent thing for tipping over. If possible, you should secure the book shelf to the wall and use a lower and heavier night stand in the bedroom. If you have put things together yourself, such as a bed, make sure that it is really sturdy. Kid’s are notorious for jumping on beds and they will do it.
2. You may love your hardwood or tiled floors but these are dangers for kid’s. They are always slippery when wearing slippers or if anything has spilt on them. You should buy some cheap area rugs or carpet to cover the main walking areas. I’ve even heard people putting hello kitty bedding on the floor as a blanket.
These are only a couple tips you can do to keep your house safe for children. Always be on the lookout for hazards you might have over looked.
