On October 03, 2009 in Health
In great surveys done recently, it has been registered that smoking may be causing interferance with the ability to decently take in D vitamin. Vitamin D is produced through Sun exposure, and well, if we don’t take in enough levels of vitamin D, we could suffer from vitamin D deficiency symptoms.
A Vitamin D deficiency is dead serious since vitamin D is engaged in the developing of muscles and bones. When it is present in infants, they will produce one of the diseases connected with this condition, called rickets. Kids with rickets have bowed legs.
In adults the same condition can take place but will receive the name of osteomalacia. So here, we take yet another right reason to stop smoking permanently. It is tough, but you’ll live a safer life.
