Personalised number plates are first to go. Faced with the decision of which belts need to be tightened during the credit crunch and what luxury items can be sold to pay for necessities, one favourite are the personalised number plates when times were better. Unfortunately many others do the same and this surge of new numbers floods the market driving prices down.
