Hot exhaustion and why it?fs formed

On February 24, 2010 in Health

Hot cramps are debilitating contractions of muscles, usually following a lot of exercise. These seem to happen to people who are not acclimatized to the specific environment. There is no scientific study to say what creates them specifically but some have shown a depletion of electrolytes is the culprit. Thankfully these heat cramps usually subside once the person is completely acclimatized to the place. You may find it easier when using cold wheat bags

Heat exhaustion is a more of an important injury which adds up from no water and a lack of electrolytes. The person in question might feel dizzy, light-headed, fatigued, or develop a headache. If heat exhaustion is in fact suspected, the person should be moved to a cooler place, given a cool wheat bag, and allowed to slurp fluids to replace those that have been lost.
